This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Grupo ViK respects your privacy. This policy explains how the data sent through this website is used, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
1. Controller and contact
Grupo ViK is responsible for processing the data received through this website. For privacy matters or to exercise your rights, write to contato@grupovik.com.br.
2. Data we collect
The form asks for your first name, last name, email, phone/WhatsApp, city, state and neighbourhood of the property, expected start date, how you heard about ViK and a description of the project. It also records the language of the page used, your consent choices, the date of submission and the version of this policy. Please send only the data needed for your request and avoid sensitive data or personal information about third parties.
3. Purposes and legal bases
With your specific consent, we use the data to review your request and contact you about the project. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary for preliminary procedures related to a contract requested by you, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or the regular exercise of rights.
Sending news and content by email and WhatsApp depends on the optional, separate marketing consent. You can request a consultation without accepting marketing and withdraw that consent at any time, using the contact above or the unsubscribe option in each communication.
4. Processing and sharing
Form data is forwarded by FormSubmit to projetos@grupovik.com.br. This service and the hosting and communication providers take part in the processing needed to send, receive and run the website. See the FormSubmit privacy policy for its practices and conditions, including storage and possible processing outside Brazil.
We share data only when necessary to serve you, with providers that support these activities, or when required by law. Marketing consent applies only to communications from Grupo ViK.
5. Storage and security
We keep data for as long as needed to serve you and for the purposes stated, taking into account legal obligations and the exercise of rights. Once these needs end, data is deleted or anonymised where applicable. We adopt security measures appropriate to the processing, including restricted access and HTTPS communication on the website.
6. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability as regulated, and deletion of data processed with consent, subject to the legal grounds for retention. You may also withdraw consent, learn the consequences of not providing it and lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Browsing and third-party services
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, Google Fonts for typography and FormSubmit for the form. These services may process technical information such as IP address and access data under their own policies. Links to Instagram and other websites lead to environments with their own policies. This policy does not authorise marketing or tracking by third parties.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to data processing. The update date appears at the top of the page. Changes of purpose that require new consent will be submitted for new consent.
