From imagining
to living.
During the build, we take care of every detail. So you don’t have to.

The care behind
the result.
Between the design and the finished space, there is a build to run. ViK takes care of planning, suppliers and execution, so you don’t have to manage it all.
On-site supervision
Site visits and records show what is happening on site. Details and open items are not left for later.
Clarity for you
You follow progress and decide with the facts: every change comes with its impact on time and cost. From the walkthrough to aftercare, the care continues.
Following the build from start to finish
Construction records
The ViK way of making it happen
From the first idea
to handover.
A beautiful design is only part of the work. The result depends on what happens between the drawing and the handover of the keys.
Anticipate
Solving it before it becomes a problem
Your routine, the property, the budgets and the site constraints are studied before anything starts. What could go wrong is dealt with on paper, not on site.
Be present
Close follow-up
Site visits and records of what was seen. You know what is happening without having to go there.
Coordinate
Getting every front talking
Design, procurement, suppliers and execution work from the same decisions, so nothing gets lost between one stage and the next.
Personalise
Designed around the way you live
Layout, materials and lighting start from your routine and wishes, not from a ready-made template.
Make it happen
Handed over ready to live in
A walkthrough with you, attention to finishes and follow-up of post-construction items until everything is closed.

Architect and founder of ViK
Transforming people's lives through incredible, functional spaces. We bring dreams to life with strategy, speed and peace of mind.
Architecture is more than designing: it is understanding daily life, translating wishes and following decisions responsibly.
Design, Construction and Procurement work together, so project decisions reach the site without getting lost along the way.
- Integrity and excellenceWe do the right thing, the right way, even when no one is watching.
- A human approachBehind every project there is a family, a daily routine, a story. We listen before we design.
- Responsibility towards othersOur care goes beyond construction: we respect the neighbours and partners of every project.
